Specific Accountabilities:
1. Architect, plan, and deliver on statements of work.
2. Provide pre-sales technical support, assisting when necessary with the development of proposals.
3. Meet with stakeholders to determine project timeline and adhere to these timelines within the limits of the tasks under the control of the consultant.
4. Assist other members of the ServerMessaging team, when necessary, to ensure that all client interactions are positive.
5. Understands and demonstrates the willingness to promote GBC’s vision and values.
Required Skills
1. Related Technical Diploma or equivalent experience with 6+ years of directly related experience in some combination of the following disciplines:
· Active Directory design and implementation: Domain, Federation, or Rights Management Services
· Server 2008/2012 experience
· Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013
2. Solid troubleshooting skills
3. Advanced knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
4. Ability to analyze complex IT infrastructures and systems, identify problems and/or risks and represent findings in written/verbal form.
5. Current with technological developments/trends in area of expertise
6. Ability to provide technical guidance and training to end users and mentor other team members
7. Must have skill in time management and establishing priorities
The following would be considered an asset:
1. Microsoft certifications:
· MCITP Exchange Messaging Administrator 2010
· MCSE Windows Server 2012 (Messaging, Server Infrastructure, Private Cloud)
2. Experience with:
· VMware / Hyper-V implementation and design, Group Policies, DNS, and WSUS, and Forefront Threat Management Gateway/Unified Access Gateway
